14.1.1. Connection & Access

  • Check Internet Stability:
    Ensure you have a stable internet connection. For live video sessions such as Zoom classes, a minimum speed of 5 Mbps is recommended.

  • Refresh Your Session:
    If a class link or dashboard page is not loading correctly, try logging out and re-logging into your account.

  • Zoom Activation:
    Make sure you have accepted your Zoom invitation sent to your registered email address. You cannot join live classes until your Zoom account is successfully activated.

  • Verify Calendar Settings:
    Open your Appointments Dashboard and confirm that your local time zone matches the platform settings.

  • Monitor Notifications:
    If you miss a class start time, check your SMS Notifications or System Alerts for a direct meeting link and appointment reference code.

  • SMS Delivery Delays:
    If you do not receive your 6-digit verification code, wait at least 2 minutes before requesting another code.

  • Email Filters:
    Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders for account activation or enrollment emails.

  • Correct Phone Number:
    Ensure your registered mobile number is entered correctly, including the country code.
